Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of tadkacaptions.in and the Tadka app ("Tadka"), operated by Rahul Mane, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. By creating an account or using Tadka, you agree to these terms.
Your account
- You must be 18 or older, or use Tadka with the consent of a parent or guardian.
- You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email. Keep access to your email secure, because anyone with it can sign in to your account.
- Give a real email address and use one account per person.
Plans, payments and renewal
- Tadka offers a Free plan and paid plans (Creator and Pro), billed monthly or yearly. Prices are shown in Indian rupees on our pricing section.
- Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
- Each plan includes a number of transcription minutes per month. Minutes reset on the 1st of each month and unused minutes do not carry over.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay. Applicable taxes may be added.
- We may change prices in the future. We will tell you in advance, and changes apply from your next billing period.
- Cancellations and refunds follow our refund and cancellation policy.
Your content
- You keep full ownership of your videos, audio and captions.
- You give us permission to process your audio and caption text only as needed to provide the service.
- You confirm you have the rights to the videos you caption, including the voices, music and people in them.
Acceptable use
Don't use Tadka to:
- Create or share content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative or that infringes someone else's rights.
- Try to get around plan limits, share accounts to avoid paying, or overload or attack the service.
- Copy, resell or reverse-engineer the service.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
Accuracy of captions and AI tools
Captions, Hinglish conversion, translations and other AI results are created automatically and may contain mistakes, especially with unclear audio, names or technical terms. Review your captions before publishing, particularly for medical, legal or financial content.
Availability
We work to keep Tadka running smoothly but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may update, change or remove features over time.
Liability
Tadka is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits or lost content. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Projects are stored in your browser, so keep your own copies of important exports.
Ending your account
You can stop using Tadka anytime and ask us to delete your account by emailing rahulmane7666@gmail.com. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will update the date above and let you know of significant changes. Continuing to use Tadka after changes means you accept them.
